Each piece made by Alouette is individual - no two pieces are ever exactly alike. Requests for specific colours and likes (ie: ballerinas) can be accommodated but ordered pieces may differ slightly from the website photographs.
Orders are only sent via Express Post to ensure safety of the product.
Alouette reserves the right to modify any product on the website. As stones are individually sourced, availability of exact stones may not be possible at any given time.
Alouette has made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the jewellery. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of the colours will be accurate.
